Christmas with the Jameson's

Spencer ate while Austin opened presents. Spencer likes Christmas. :) Austing sporting his new Elmo pajamas and Elmo slippers. He's a little Elmo obsessed. Austin opening his Cars tent, complete with Cars sleeping bag, Cars backpack, and Cars flashlight.

Aunt Sydni gave Austin a school bus electronic reading book that helps practice the alphabet.
Spencer's done eating now. Christmas is still good. After all, he's hanging out with Grandma.

Oooo, Spencer got a toy. He's examining it very closely.
Go Cougars! Austin got a football jersey. He calls it his ra ra shirt.
Spencer got a shirt that says "Ilove Cosmo" and it's signed by Cosmo, himself.

Uncle Brett gave Austin a Tonka cars race track. He had a hard time staying away from this once it was open.

It's tradition to open a gift bag with pajamas on Christmas Eve. This is a video of Austin opening his Elmo pajamas, which he was very excited about, but not excited enough to put them on if that meant going to bed afterwards. He still wanted to play. I wonder why?

Austin Discovers Automated Christmas Toys

Great-Grandpa Diamond is known for his plethora of Christmas decorations including his four automated Christmas toys. He has an ape named Henry that sings and waves his arms, a pair of snowmen that sing about eating candy, a band of various Christmas characters that play songs, and a dancing and singing Santa. The latter was Austin's favorite, as you can tell from the video.

Spencer's First Bath

So just a few days after Spencer came home, we gave him a bath. It was a very...vocal experience. Let's just say the boy has a decent set of lungs.

Superman!

When Austin was born, one of the ward members gave him this set of pajamas. Since he's only just now big enough to wear them and it just happens to be Halloween, Austin (and his parents) decided that he would be Superman (or Manman as Austin would say).

Carving Pumpkins

For the first time as a family, we carved two pumpkins for Halloween. Austin had picked two out with Grandma and Grandpa Jameson, so we decided we'd carve them. Austin got a kick out of the guts and really liked it when the pumpkins were lit up.
