Dinosaurs at the Zoo

Here is an attempt to update our blog. Last summer we took the boys to Hogle Zoo to see the Dinosaurs on display. They were both a little afraid of this big T-Rex. It moved and roared.
Look at Spener's hair! OOHH!! It is not that long or that dark anymore. After a haircut he became a blond haired boy. His hair is so light now.

Notice that Austin had to bring his zoo animals with him to the zoo. Ben misses his goatee. He is now clean shaven all the time.

The Children's Museum ran a deal where we could get in free, so we thought we'd check it out. Austin loved it! From riding a horse and a car to vacuuming the house and grocery shopping to checking out the helicopter and playing in the water this was a pretty cool place. Frankly, it's a kid's paradise. We can see Austin loving this place for a number of years.

Spencer's First Solids

We filmed Spencer eating his first solid foods - banana mash. We think he did pretty well.

Austin's Train Ride in the Mall

Because of Thomas & Friends, Austin is fascinated with trains. When we went to the South Towne Mall and he saw the train, well, we couldn't resist.

Austing always asks for Spencer to come lay by him in the morning. This is just a few pictures one morning. By the way, Spencer has excellent bed hair, doesn't he?
